1960's Red velvet Dress. Size 8

I love vintage velvet and this vibrant eye catching piece is all to be admired! She classic and chic while bringing a vintage touch to any look.
Looks like the arms have been altered by a previous owner which the work is visable compared to the seamless creation of the dress. Not overly noticeable when worn.
In otherwise great condition.
