We are very aware of the impact of plastic packaging that comes along with so many online businesses - So you’ll be happy to know that we try our absolute best to find alternatives.
We use brown paper, recycled print paper, news paper, reclaimed box’s, cotton twine, card paper and ink stamps. You won’t find a plastic bag.
Each purchase is packaged with love and care, and no two parcels are ever the same.

Pricing

$9 flat rate shipping anywhere in New Zealand (tracked).
Australia shipping has a flat rate of $18 NZD (un-tracked) or $32 NZD (tracked).
Anywhere else in the world has a flat rate shipping cost of $45 NZD (un-tracked).

Salt and Funk will not be responsible for any lost item(s) shipped via un-tracked shipping. We will however work with the shipping company in such cases and provide a refund if the shipping company accepts fault.

Item(s) sent overseas may incur local taxes, levies, duty (or other regulatory chargers) that if payable will be the responsibility of the receiver.

Returns

We do hope you’re happy with your purchase. If there is a reason why you may need to return your item(s) please read our return policy below:

We offer refunds for any item(s) due to incorrect sizing and or significant fault with the item that has not been described or shown, however you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s) stating why you need to return the item(s).

Salt and Funk reserve the right to refuse refund for any item(s) purchased if the reason for returning the item is not deemed an acceptable reason for a refund.

The purchaser will be responsible for the return postage/shipping, packing and insurance costs of any item(s) accepted for return. Any item to be returned must be shipped within 24 hours of acceptance for return. A refund will be issued once the item(s) have been returned, in the same condition as sent.
